The Women's Tree is honored to launch collaborative partnerships with the Alverno College Research Center for Women and Girls (“Research Center”), and the award-winning leadership development organization PEARLS for Teen Girls, Inc, (“PEARLS”), both in Milwaukee, WI.

The Research Center is developing pre- and post-program assessments of the Power2Thrive Natural Mentoring Program outcomes.

The PEARLS staff is participating in the first two phases of The Women's Tree Natural Mentoring program Power2Thrive: First, Know Yourself! and Now, Know Each Other!

The Power2Thrive program is a three-phased series of workshops and experiences created to maximize the relationship between Natural Mentors and the adolescent girls in their lives.

Contact us if you would like more information about bringing The Women's Tree Power2Thrive program to your non-profit organization, corporation or school.

“Only about one in five 15-year-olds in the U.S. has the web of positive, sustained and meaningful relationships with adults beyond their family needed to thrive.” -Search Institute 2010 - 2012

By joining forces as a collaborative community of women we can change that statistic. Together we can mentor the girls that are already in our lives — our nieces, granddaughters, neighbors and students — so they don’t just grow up, they thrive!

Our mission to empower women and girls is evident in everything we do. Please explore our site to learn more about our program, events and speaking engagements. We hope to inspire you to carry your voice into the future through natural mentorship!

“Although you may not realize it, you already are a Natural Mentor. If you’re naturally present in a girl’s life – as an aunt, teacher, coach, neighbor, grandmother – you are a natural mentor.”

–Christine Wagner, The Women’s Tree Founder
